The Full Story

Alright, The first post was a little introduction and now I can really start talking about my experience so far. I have been looking at the college program for a while. I finally applied this year and had some great luck. I applied on February 16th and interviewed the 18th.
The interview was intense, it was unbelievable that they could sense my smile over the phone. The questions were unbelievably difficult, the situational questions were posed well and after reading "Creating the Magic" by Lee Cockerell I knew what Disney was looking for and wanted to give them that in the interview. For the new interviewee looking forward to it know they can tell if your smiling, and take your time. The faster you react and answer the more you'll have to think on your feet. They do not mind if you take your time and it lets you get a hold of your thoughts. Enough on interviewing.
I was lucky enough to get the letter soon after. The wait though was difficult to say the least. It only took two weeks for it to come and even the people in my campus mail room were excited for me, they had heard me talk about it a few times.
So now that I am accepted it took a while for me to turn my parents on to the idea but after promising to financially support myself, doesn't seem like the greatest idea now, they gave me the all clear. I turned in all of my stuff and its all set. I was unclear on the $100 service fee but its the same as my dorm or housing fee. That fee goes to support the housing programs and the other fun stuff Disney supplies. I am trying to figure out the last details but I think that is the last bit of an update for now. Till next time.
